Call for Abstracts

  • Opening day
  • Submission deadline

We invite you to submit your abstract for TAGRA 2024.
All submissions must be written in English(US), yet language options will be available for majority local groups (MLG). As of now, the only confirmed MLG is Turkish(TR).

You can submit up to two abstracts to present in one of the forms below:

  1. Flash Talk: Short, 5-7 minute presentations, often with a limited number of slides to quickly introduce new ideas or research. Effective for showcasing multiple projects in a short timeframe and engaging more participants.
  2. Keynote Talk: Reserved for prominent speakers or experts in the field delivering a 30-60 minute presentation on current trends or breakthroughs.
  3. Oral Presentation Standard 10-20 minute presentations for sharing research findings, methodologies, or theoretical developments.
  4. Poster Presentation A visual format for displaying research, typically with poster sessions allowing face-to-face interactions. Suitable for preliminary results, case studies, or projects requiring visual data representation.
  5. Thematic Session: Sessions focused on a particular theme where several researchers present back-to-back on a shared topic. Allows for in-depth coverage of a single subject area within a multidisciplinary conference.

Further, you can then be invited to take part in Round-table discussions or panel Discussions. Panel discussions are organized as moderated sessions with a group of experts discussing a specific theme, followed by audience Q&A. Ideal for interdisciplinary discussions or emerging issues that benefit from multiple perspectives. Round-table discussions are small, focused discussions around a particular theme where participants can engage in direct, open dialogue. Ideal for collaborative discussions, policy discussions, or networking on shared interests.

You are welcome to express your interest in receiving such invitations in the comments box during Abstract submission
