We invite you to submit your abstract for TAGRA 2025.
All submissions must be written in English(US), yet language options will be available for majority local groups (MLG). As of now, the only confirmed MLG is Turkish(TR).
You can submit up to 2 (two) abstracts to present in one of the forms below:
- Flash Talk: Short, 5-7 minute presentations, often with a limited number of slides, to quickly introduce new ideas or research. Effective for showcasing multiple projects in a short timeframe and engaging more participants.
- Keynote Talk: Reserved for prominent speakers or experts in the field delivering a 30-60 minute presentation on current trends or breakthroughs.
- Oral Presentation: Standard 15-20 minute presentations for sharing research findings, methodologies, or theoretical developments.
- Poster Presentation: A visual format for displaying research, typically with poster sessions allowing face-to-face interactions. Suitable for preliminary results, case studies, or projects requiring visual data representation.
- Thematic Session: Sessions focused on a particular theme where several researchers present back-to-back on a shared topic. Allows for in-depth coverage of a single subject area within a multidisciplinary conference.
Further, you can then be invited to take part in roundtable discussions or panel discussions. Panel discussions are organized as moderated sessions with a group of experts discussing a specific theme, followed by audience Q&A. Ideal for interdisciplinary discussions or emerging issues that benefit from multiple perspectives. Round-table discussions are small, focused discussions around a particular theme where participants can engage in direct, open dialogue. Ideal for collaborative discussions, policy discussions, or networking on shared interests.

All author names shall be in the form of "Firstname Middlename LASTNAME" and the "Affiliation" information shall be filled in for all authors, detailing the full affiliation information as "Department, Faculty or Institute, Academic Institution, City, State, Country" as all data used in the Badges, Certificates, Congress Sessions Program, the Book of Abstracts, and other congress documents are based on the information you fill in during submission and account creation.
