Submission deadline
We kindly ask you to submit your abstract for TURK 2025.
- Each participant can participate with a maximum of one oral presentation.
- All submissions must be written in English(US). Presentation languages can be English, Turkish and Kyrgyz.
- All abstracts or full text must be submitted using the online submission system.
- Abstracts should be 250-300 words. List the keywords from general to specific. The abstract writing rules will be displayed just before the submission.
- Please fill-in all author information with attention and rigor. All author names shall be in the form of "Firstname Middlename LASTNAME" and the "Affiliation" information shall be filled in for all authors, detailing the full affiliation information of the user as "Department, Faculty or Institute, Academic Institution, City, State, Country" as all data used in the Badges, Certificates, Congress Sessions Program, the Book of Abstracts, and other congress documents are based on the information you fill in during submission and account creation.
- After your abstract is accepted, you can choose to submit a Full-text paper. For full-text paper template, copy on the link for the Full Text Template.
- Plenary Talks are limited to 50 minutes and Oral Talks are limited to 20 minutes, including questions and answers.
